Figured out the charging problem on my laptop.  It doesn’t like the lower boat battery voltages that are sometime supplies to the laptop inverter.  Assuming I am not too tired or busy I should be able to blog along the way.

Running the gamut of feelings right now and I don’t have too much to say.  I am sitting here at Redfish Island with s/v SOEL and we are waiting on the fog to clear with the front that is just about to pass. 

The forecast shows five spirited, but good days to get down to Isla Mujeres, Mexico.  My boat is sound, I am confident, and there is nothing left to do but go.  They say there are no atheists in foxholes.  I think the same may be applied to boats about to cross open water.
